Shipping
Flow Your Time products are delivered by PostNL.
According to the standard shipping method, the delivery costs will be € 6,75 within the Netherlands.
The delivery costs differ per country. To Belgium, France and Germany costs are € 13,00.

Shipping after payment
As soon as we receive the payment, we will finalize the order. We do not ship on Friday.

You did not receive a confirmation?
Check your folder “junk mail”. If it’s not there check your account settings, did we receive the right information? If not, please send u a message via the contact form.

Returns
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Flow Your Time within 14 days (approval period) of delivery for a full refund.
The approval period does not apply to customized supplied products / orders.
If the14 day approval period has expired there is no opportunity for refund.

Returns procedure:
(1) First notified by e-mail via the contact form.
(2) Sent according to our return instructions.
(3) Complete and undamaged and in the original packaging (if reasonably possible).
(4) Within a reasonable time but not later than 10 days after the return instruction (step 2) is returned.

Returns that do not meet one of the above conditions are not taken into consideration.
The return and shipping costs already incurred are for customer’s expense. After approval and receiving the return we will refund the payment minus shipping costs made earlier.
